magically becoming...


The other day, I was having lunch with two incredible women. We were toying with a possible theme "the flow of becoming" for the upcoming Raava retreat (official dates and info coming soon) Reader!

Interestingly, I still haven't set an intention for 2025 yet. 🤷‍♀️ Not having a set intention for this year is creating a beautiful sense of openness. It feels like I'm allowing space for the Universe to surprise me, for unexpected opportunities to arise, and for my path to unfold organically.

This unexpected freedom aligns perfectly with the "flow of becoming" theme, reminding us that some of the most magical moments arise when we embrace the unknown and allow life to unfold in its own unique way.

How does the idea of embracing the unknown sit with you?

No need to worry that your life will go awry without a clear destination. As long as you're connecting to your inner wisdom through your Core-Desired Feelings, it easier to enjoy the journey.

Sometimes the most beautiful things happen when we follow the breadcrumbs of synchronicity. Just like I never "planned" to be a breathwork teacher or open a studio this quickly, but here I am, having supported over 1000 people in finding more peace through their breath.

All of this reminds me of how our present selves are a culmination of all our past moments. Every choice, decision, action, and every breath we take, shapes our journey, creating a unique, magical, lifeline of who we are becoming.

Constantly evolving, constantly becoming. ✨

Every moment, and every breath we take, no matter how small, is a magical step to this now moment, and ultimately, towards who we will become.

Then as I was prepping the studio yesterday for restorative yoga class, I was gifted this magical message from the Universe.

Accept who you are in this moment, but acknowledge who you want to become.

When we accept who we are, it allows space to watch the magic unfold in our becoming.

I think that's why I love breathwork so much, Reader. I've seen it help my clients (and me 😉) accept ourselves so we can watch the magical becoming of our now selves.

Heal the Ouch- "Forgiveness is the healer of the soul"

This is a time for great soothing of the heart, body, soul, and mind, as this card indicates that healing will be prevalent in your life now. If you feel drawn to study the healing arts, you'll be successful in developing your natural capacity to restore others to wellness. However, the message may be that you're being called to change your behaviors in order to heal the earth. Perhaps you'll switch to a cruelty-free diet, eating less meat; or perhaps you'll pay more attention to how much water or electricity you use. You're asked to be conscious of your footprint on the sacred earth and all of life and to commit to the healing path.

​The Heal the "Ouch" card may also be an indicator of old wounds and broken bonds being mended. Reconciliations are possible now. Let bygones be bygones.

Trust that taking life at a more leisurely pace will give you greater access to your dreams. Slowing down allows more contact with the juicier elements of your life. Savor them.
