I've been thinking about the message from this card I've been seeing a lot of this year, Reader.
I pulled it earlier this year in the summer. Not by accident, not randomly, but after I guided myself through breathwork, intentionally asking for a sign from my niece who passed away this January.
And it’s been showing up for me again and again… especially over the last few months.
The card’s message is simple, celebrate your wins. But something about the following words really struck a cord deep in my bones:
You’ve got a few notches on your belt that you haven’t given yourself enough credit for… It’s time to lavishly celebrate what you’ve done.
At first, I resisted it. Because when grief is part of your landscape, when life has pushed you to the brink, celebrating your wins feels indulgent, like you’re skipping to the end of a book you’re still in the middle of.
But, Reader, I think that’s exactly why this card keeps showing up.
When you’re inside the thick of healing, when your heart is raw, when your nervous system is tight, when your mind still making sense of it, you don’t always see how far you’ve come.
That’s the nature of growth. You’re in it, so you can’t always see it.
And then there’s the rooster, a symbol that makes sense if you knew my niece, and still somehow makes sense even if you didn’t.
You see, the rooster in this card is a totem that shows up each morning with hope, enthusiasm, and that blind faith that the sun will rise again. Every. Single. Day.
The rooster doesn’t wait for permission or ask if yesterday was hard. He simply stands at dawn and witnesses possibility.
There’s something beautiful in that.
Because when you are in the middle of grief, in the middle of expansion, in the middle of evolution, you don’t always feel like you’re doing well. Yet, you still show up even when you don't think you can keep going.
But this card (and the rooster) reminds me:
We're always evolving. Always moving forward. Constantly becoming something that your former self couldn’t even imagine.
And maybe you haven’t had the capacity or bandwidth to shout your wins from the rooftops, post them on social media, or possibly don’t even feel like they count yet.
But I see your wins every time you show up for yourself in breathwork, in restorative yoga, in your emotional healing sessions, or in your tarot readings. And I want you to see them too.
Sometimes celebration isn’t fireworks. Sometimes it’s a nod or a breath that finally feels like it came from your own self again.
And I want to give you a space to honor all of that.
A space where you can:
- Look at what you’ve done, with honesty and meaning
- Release what you’re done carrying
- Meet what’s next with intention
- Begin again, but this time with softness, with grace, and with ease
I created The Sacred Threshold from a deeper truth I kept returning to: Even in the middle of becoming, we deserve a moment to honor how far we've come.
The Sacred Threshold blends breathwork, somatic reflection, and sacred ritual, not to think our way through the year, but to feel it.
To move what’s still lingering in the body, release what’s ready to go, and soften into what’s next, fully present.

Whether this year brought you to your knees, woke up something new, or left you feeling emotionally full, the energy of this year is still with you. And it deserves to be honored before you cross into what’s next.
Here's what's inside:
The Sacred Threshold is a 3-hour guided experience that blends:
- Breathwork to clear emotional tension so you don’t carry it into another year
- Journaling prompts that help you uncover what really shaped you this year, not just review what happened
- Oracle rituals to reconnect with your own deep inner knowing
- A final ceremony: in The Sacred Closing, you’ll burn away what’s heavy; in The Sacred Unfolding, you’ll call in what’s aligned and true
Each part of the ritual is designed to meet a part of you, the part that’s tired, the part that’s grieving, the part that still hopes.
Most people leave breathwork not just lighter, but surprised at how much they were able to release, without needing to talk it all out or make sense of every emotion.
The Sacred Threshold creates space for those quiet but powerful shifts, the kind that change how you carry yourself into what’s next.
You can choose between:
- The Sacred Closing: an end-of-year ritual to reflect, release, and honor this chapter
- The Sacred Unfolding: a new year ritual to begin with soul-guided clarity and direction
- Or do both in The Sacred Threshold: a full-circle bundle that helps you close one chapter and begin the next from your center
You can experience it:
While this is the first time I’m offering The Sacred Threshold, the practices inside it have supported hundreds of clients, through grief, burnout, anxiety, and major life transitions. These rituals have been refined over years of 1:1 and group work, and now, for the first time, I’ve brought them together into a single, sacred container.
It's like a client recently shared with me, “Since I've started doing breathwork with you, I’ve been able to finally feel my emotions in a way that therapy never quite reached. I’ve released old guilt and grief I thought I’d processed already. And I feel like I have tools, not just insights, to move through life with more ease.”
Why now?
Reader, we don’t know what the new year will bring. But we can prepare ourselves to meet it, not with control, but with capacity.
To become a strong, steady container for whatever rises, hold the unexpected without abandoning ourselves, and to make space, not just for survival, but for joy and truly celebrating your wins.
The Sacred Threshold helps you cross into what’s next with more resilience, more softness, and more trust in your own inner steadiness.
Because how you end the year matters, not for the goals you set, but for the energy you carry forward.
This ritual is for you if:
✔ You’ve carried a lot this year and want a space to release
✔ You feel emotionally full and need a reset that’s both spiritual and grounded
✔ You’re craving something more meaningful than new year’s goals
✔ You want to cross into the next season with softness, sovereignty, and soul-aligned direction
Spots are intentionally limited to keep the space intimate.
If your body’s already whispering “yes”... this is your sign to trust it.
Reader, The Sacred Threshold isn’t just a ritual, it’s a chance to pause and really see yourself.
A space to honor the quiet, unspoken victories. A space to remember that even in grief, in transition, in the mess of becoming, there’s still space for celebration.
That’s what the card keeps reminding me.
You don’t need things to be finished to be proud of how far you've come. You just need a sacred threshold, a moment of stillness, to witness the possibility of what’s next.
P.S.

Sending lots of love your way,
— Francisca Hernandez
